Hartaka assists the clients in maintaining their legal compliances to the applicable rules and regulations in Indonesia, which among other things cover certain reporting obligations to various government institutions in Indonesia, updating and renewing certain licenses and permits and liaising with the relevant government institutions to fulfill our clients’ corporate legal compliance obligations.
